Need to create a Project file for a fundraiser with activity booths. Is
there a template, any suggestions? New users, no experience with Project.

Since you have no experience with Project, I would recommend that you
not try to use Project.

Instead ... get your team together and brainstorm what needs to be done,
by whom, when, where, and how. Write all that down as your project plan.
