Need to hide the Web Toolbar

I have switched to using hyperlinks instead of command buttons for navigating
around my db from a main form. Most of the time the Web Toolbar is displayed
after clicking a hyperlink. Is there a way to disable this feature? I would
like the Web toolbar to -never- be displayed automatically.
