Need to recover Email ISP account info

I had a hard drive problem that required reinstallation via the Install CD Repair function. My programs all went away and I had to reinstall them including Office 2003. I was able to find my old PST file and get my mail and contacts all back. I have quite a few different mail accounts and some have saved passwords (ugh not sure I remember them). I wanted to know if the account information is saved anyplace like the pst file was and if anyone has sucessfully recovered this info. What is the file called that saves this info?

No, it's not saved in any file, only in the registry.
