Need to view baseline work in master project schedule

T

tnew

I have 60 projects linked into one master project and when I insert the
baseline work column there are 0 hours displayed when I collaspe the project.
If I expand the schedule I see them but not on the summary line.

Make sure you have all the subprojects opened, make sure you highlight all
and "Show All Subtasks" select this twice and hit F9 (calculate) 2 or 3 times
making sure the "calculate" is gone in the "reay" window in the bottom left
of your screen. Otherwise if this dosent solve your issue, try creating a
View with the specific comumns and see if that gives you the results you're
looking for.

Hello Tnew,

When you insert tasks into a master the Inserted Summary Project line is
created automatically by Project. In order to show the baseline data
you would need to baseline those tasks within the master.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
