Needing help for template/stored values

Hello All,

I would like to create a project plan from stored values.

We have 100's of tasks that have a fixed time to them

I would like to enter in a task ID and have it populate the line with
appropriate information relating to that task.

Is this possible? Would I run a local database with the values mapped to a
project template?
