Hi,
Question posted on Professional but maybe not the right
forum, so, I'll try this one:
----------------------------------
We are using MSP03 however, we are still using it in
offline mode. With the use of a macro, we want to import
our actual hours from our financial system into the Task
usage view so that we can have the spread by week or by
month. However, when we charge at the wrong place in our
financial system, we are allowed to go in and transfer
those actuals and apply them where they should have been
applied. This means that we could have the following
situation:
In May: 100 actual hours
In June: -50 actual hours
Microsoft Project does not handle negative actuals. So,
how can such a situation be handled when using a macro
(without having to adjust these actuals manually)?
Thanks!
