Network box style

I have created a network box style with all the data I want to see when I am
diagramming. Unfortunately when the activity is not critical it will never
turn red after it becomes critical (say with a duration change.) What is up
with that?

BTW I just purchased this version and am extremely annoyed at paying the
price for Project Professional with no person to talk to for support.

Hi altair,

In the Format > Box Styles dialog box, when you assigned the network box
style you created to Style Settings for: Critical Tasks did you select Red
as a color?

I assume you are using Project 2003 with all current service packs - through
SP-2?

I have been unable to reproduce the issue using MSP 2003 Professional with
SP-2. Perhaps some more information from you would be helpful.
