NETWORK PASSWORD WINDOW ISSUE

ENTER NETWORK PASSWORD window keeps popping up...not
connected to network..using INSIGHTBB CABLE
ISP...purchased OFFICE 2003 for home business use. It
never appeared in the first 2 months...have redone the
email account several times...this wont go away...i
cannot receive mail unless i acknowledge the window each
time..INSIGHT says it is a problem with OFFICE 2003
