networking outlook?

HI,

We have a pc and a laptop networked via Ethernet card and
both using Windows XP OS and would be grateful for some
assistance from you in enabling us to sort out a problem
we are encountering with our email accounts.

We both have our own Hotmail email accounts and use
Outlook as our default, ideally what we need to be able
to do is configure both so that emails received to
either account are shown and stored on both units. In
other words, all emails received by either of us are
shown and subsequently able to be stored on both units.

We have tried adding the accounts to respective Outlooks
but this doesn't work, it 'sticks' when doing
the 'send/receive' on the non-default email account.

Any help on this one would be gratefully received
