New calendar, contacts etc with a new mailbox

I'm using Outlook 2003 and when I add a new mailbox, Outlook
automatically shows the new (and empty) calendar, contacts etc, and I
have to go through and remove them.

Is there a way to stop Outlook from adding them in the first place?
