new email message send button missing

When the new message is clicked on and the message is ready to send there is no
send button to click on. I am using microsoft office outlook 2003

Is your mail account installed and working? Use Test Account Settings to
ensure. If yes, then you may need to reset your toolbar - right click and
select customize, then on the toolbar tab, use Reset to see if it helps. If
none of the above helps, then close Outlook, find and rename outcmd.dat to
..old (use Windows search and enable searching hidden files).

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
