new job for blind boss



I'm an old hand at Word, but have just been hired by a blind boss. He wishes to have word documents prepared which can't be easily messed up format-wise if he adds a paragraph or words here and there. He uses a reader which vocalizes text.

I'm kind of at a loss as to how to make templates or forms or something which can't be skewed accidentally, but still allow alterations.

I think styles, but still - freeze areas - like in Excel?

Any ideas or where I should start looking?
