Exchange 2000, symantec mail security for exchange(which
is set to delete some mail). Problem: Users with Outlook
2000/2 get the "New mail has arrived. Would you like to
read it?" popup or the email icon on the startbar. They
click on yes and occassionaly the is no mail. Why is
there no mail when the icon or popup indicates that there
is mail?
