For the past several weeks I've been getting new message
notifications (taskbar icon and the bells), but there is
nothing new my the inbox.
I disabled all my rules (besides, they were working great
before this started happening and I hadn't recently
tinkered with them). It doesn't appear that I'm missing
any new messages, but I don't know for certain. Also, I
can't tell if the notification is really just a delayed
notice of an email I've already read (if it is, though,
then it's sometimes 30 minutes or more delayed).
I'm using Outlook 2002 SP-2, on a laptop but really only
use Outlook when plugged into the office LAN.
