New Messages includes Attachment! WHY!

One of our uses was playing around with outlook and now
when ever she replys to a message or creates a new message
there is an attachment on the page. It is always the same
one and she can just delete it. I try to go and edit her
signature options but the option is grayed out! Please
help!
