New Picture Manager Program

I just got updated to Microsoft Office 2003. After the fact, I found out
that Photo Manager was replaced with a new program, Microsoft Office Picture
Manager. The one thing I cannot do is display thumbnails as pictures in
explorer anymore, if I select THUMBNAILS, the files show up as the "large
squares", but the picture is not displayed in the squares.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
