New Product Key - Missing File

I bought a new Sony Vaio a couple of months ago that had
the trial version of Office 2003. Today it expires, and
I bought online the new product key to upgrade. When I
try to upgrade, I get a msg that a file is missing,
YI561403.CAB. I've searched my computer and it's not
there. I didn't get any CDs for the trial version on the
Vaio either. How do I get this thing to WORK??
