New Project

This is my first Project and by using the built in wizard i have got it
started ok, but now that i am in the organizing stage, i cannot find out how
to insert rows as wizard is telling me to do

The easist way to insert a task is to click on a task's name and go Insert -
New Task in the menu. This will insert a new task before the selected task.

Another way is to put click on a task where you wish to insert, then
press the "insert" key.
