New Small Business Contact manager HELP!

I am having trouble with this contact manager. I imported my data for act into small business contacts. OK that is good. Now it is getting the thing to do simple tasks. I want to know if there is a function that will take the small business data and make accounts. The fields are the same and there isn’t a reason why this shouldn’t be able to be imported or created from a contact. I have to manually type accounts in and i have so many. When I do create an account I try to bring in the small business information, but I am only allowed to see my personal address book, not my business contact address book that I imported. I can’t add the data I need to the account. This product also has the crappiest help files available. I can’t even get anything on the Microsoft website. Can anyone answer my questions and direct me to a decent and concise help file?
