New to FP2002 - how to make sub button

Hi
I am running WinXP Home, FP2002 and trying for the first time to create a
reasonable web site. What i am really after is how to create second level
menu buttons like sub directories on a directory tree. Also how can i put
back buttons on each page to go back to where they where linked from.
Any help in idiot proof language warmly received.
Thx
Kev

Hi Mike
Many thanks for the info

Don't suppose u can help with my other question about counters? (see below).

Kev

Hi
We have just started publishing on the web using FP2002 and whilst we are
quite happy overall there are a few problems we are encountering and thought
someone here might be able to help us.
The first is the visitor counter, whilst i know it may seem trivial i would
like to set the counter up to start at a certain number rather than 00000 as
we would like to create the impression of a busy site against our
competition whose sites have been up and running for time.
I know you are supposed to be able to do this by the counter properties but
after publishing the site to the server it still shows as 000001 etc and
counts up from there.
The other is installing a search option for the web. The facility included
with FP gives you the MSN one which we are Happy to use but the MSN logo
does not appear on the site.

Any help with these areas would be really appreaciated, thanks in advance
