New user problem

We're having a problem with a new user on one of our computers. When
the person logs in and attempts to start any Office XP program, they
are asked for an install disk,

C:\XPCD\$OEM$\$1\install\OfficeXP\

If they hit cancel, they can get into office, but this comes up
everytime.

We're running Windows XP SP2, Office XP on a network using Windows
Server 2003 with Active Directory authentication.

Any ideas here?

Was the software pre-installed by your computer provider? If so, you will
probably need to contact them for support of what they installed.
