newsgroup button gone missing

Hi, I tried to add the newsgroup button to the Go menu in
outlook (as the asstant advised - drag and drop).
However, now there is no News button in the Go menu and
no News button in the customize options anymore!!! Its
just gone completely from Outlook. Does anyone know how
to fix this ?
