I have a user who just started getting a message that the niccab addin is
causing outlook to not function properly. When I look at the disabled items
after disabling it, it lists niccab and next to it is (xphtml.dll). I
haven't been able to find out any information anywhere on either niccab or
xphtml and am just wondering what they are and why this problem just cropped
up now.
The first time it happened, she was connecting to her pc remotely, from her
home.
We are running Outlook2003.
Does anyone have any ideas? Is it something I need to worry about?
