no attachment icon

When people send me a email with attachment, I can't see
the paper click in front of the email and after I open the
email, the attachment become to the part of the email
content. no icon there then I can save the attachment.
attachment message is directly showing in the email. How
can I fix it?

Jane,

You are more than likely getting Rich Text messages (which behave this way
with email attachments). HTML and Plain Text messages do not place email
attachments in the body of the message.
