No code to install CD

I purchased a new computer with a trial version of
Office. When the trial period was over I ordered the
Office Cd online. The new version did not have a code to
enter for the installation. How can I gert the code?

I have "Office, student and teacher addition." I
peurchased it on juy 26 2004 with my Mastercard. If I can
not get the code How do I get my money back?

I need Excel to do invoices for customers, and I
havinvoices waiting to be made. Please let me know who
to contact to get this problem fixed.
