No Error Yesterday - Broken Reference Today

Hi everyone. Using A02 on XP. We have lots of DB's with user level security.

Someone got an error yesterday (still there today too) that I can't seem to
figure out. It reads "Your PenAdvComLtr database or project contains a
missing or broken reference to the file 'OWC10.DLL' version 1.1". I've
checked in the module area for Tools; References and while her order was
slightly different, the items were the same. Even putting them in proper
order, no improvement. Basic list is: VB for apps;MSAccess 10.0 Obj Lib; OLE
Autom;MSActiveX Data Obj 2.5 Lib;MSOfficeXP Web Comp; MS DAO 3.6 Obj Lib.

I'm not sure what the file OWC10.DLL even is let alone how to find/fix it.
Should I search on my PC and copy it to hers?

I've put a new copy of the DB into production; still the error. Opened the
file on my PC with her login/password; no error. She can open all other
Access DB's.

Not really sure what direction to turn or where to begin.

Thanks for any help or advice!

Remove the OWC10.DLL reference and see if your Access database still
compiles. If it does then you've fixed the problem.
