No folder access

How do you gain access to a folder that is locked. My Junk E-mail folder is
blocked and I can't read the emails for possible good ones. The folder has a
red circle with a bar through it. Can't seem to find information on this
topic..
Please help and thanks

That is the normal icon for that folder. When you select it, does Outlook
throw a panel up on the right that the folder can't be displayed? If yes,
you might have a corrupted view. Start Outlook 1 time with the /cleanviews
command line switch.
