No Help available in Office 2000

J

John Burnie

When I open Help in any of the Office programs, the Help
pane displays a "The page cannot be displayed" or "Action
Canceled" error. Using the Office Assistant gives the same
error.

Removing and reinstalling Office did not improve things.

I am running Windows XP.

Help please!

Go here and search (try "sp2 help" without the "")

I don't have the article number written down but did read that
help in MANY programs is broken by the sp2 update
