No HTML displayed in Outlook Express

I am receiving an HTML file but it is displayed with no HTML
rendering, just basisc data. Is there a setting I can change to allow
the display of HTML please?

This technical community supports Microsoft Outlook which is part of
Microsoft Office. Outlook Express is part of Internet Explorer. The names
sound similar but the applications are fairly different. You should ask in an
Outlook Express technical community:

state what version of Outlook Express you were using, you'll have to choose
it from there)
