No Import/Export Available

Upgraded from Outlook 2003 beta to the full-version, but have never been able to access Import/Export on any menus -- is this a known issue? Should I uninstall and reinstall to fix?

That was a known issue in the beta when the Business Contact Manager was installed but it was resolved long before release.

You should never install the final version over beta code -- remove it all then start fresh.
