I am using PP on a dual monitor system. The PP presenation is sent to monitor
#2 (projector).
Previously, I would launch the slide show, and as I progressed through the
slides, the original PP window (still shown on mon #1) would follow the show.
Not sure how clear that explanation is... After launching the show, the
show is the active window, on the second monitor (projector). I can still
view the original powerpoint on the primary monitor. As I advance a slide
in the show, the original file advances one slide on the primary monitor.
Anyway, this helps a lot as the show is very dynamic, and it helps to have a
reference to the show on the primary monitor. I frequently need to edit the
slides as we go. This config also allows me to view and modify the notes on
the fly.
I realize we could probably get the same functionality with the presenter
view. However, this used to work as described, and it is what I am
comfortable with.
Any idea how to get this function back?
The functionality was lost when we had a hardware failure. The system was
recovered from a ghost image.
I believe it is PP 2003.
Thanks!
