I'm using Outlook 2002. I got some contacts via ecards, saved them into my
contacts folder. When I open a contact, under Actions, the "New Message to
Contact" simply isn't there. I should be able to hit CTRL N and get a new
email message to that contact to open, but it only opens a new contact
window. Also, if I change the view to by category and highlight some
contacts, go to Actions - again, there is No "New Message to Contact" option
on the Actions menu. Where could it be? Any suggestions on how to get that
option to show up?
