I plugged my home phone (which is using VOIP through my cable company) into
my computer and then went to contacts, then phone list, then actions, then
call contact, then new call. I was able to dial the # and I could hear the
person on the other end, but they couldn't hear me. I am using a headset
and I'm able to record in one note. How can I fix this or do I need special
software?
I have windows xp and outlook 2003.
