Have you tried, on shortcut bar, customise,add?

Hi DL
I tried several time to repair the Office installation,but without solve the
problem.
I delete the Shortcut and re-instolled without success

I discover why if using the Shortcut Bar of Office and clicking any icons of
the Shortcut i am not open the relative program but it will be open a
notepad file .
If i right ckick any icons of the Shortcut Bar i have as first option of the
relative Menu "Notepad" and then i have "Open"
If i click on "Open" finally i have the relative program.
But if i left click directly the icon i have the Notepad" file .
Now i think that if i can delete from the menu the voice "Notepad"appearing
right clicking the icons the problem it will be solved,but i don't know how
to delete it.
Who can help me?

Yes but what happens if you Customise, remove the btns. Close customisation,
then recustomise and use the add feature to drill down to the relevent
App.exe eg excell.exe ?
Or even if you create a desktop shortcut to an office app, then drag it to a
bare office shortcut bar?
