No online help

When I tried to go through activation online, i was told that there was an
error / office was offline. My internet connection is working fine (thus i
can type this). I activated by phone, but still can't get online help. I
think there's probably a setting issue or something, but am not sure how to
proceed.

Hi Alastair,

What version of Office are you using and what version of Windows?
Have you checked your security/firewall settings to see if the Office programs/help features are allowed through the firewall?
