No permissions to open outlook

Hi
We use nt4 Exchange 5.5. I have added a new user to the domain on a win98
machine. I can logon to the domain but when I try to open outlook a message
appears saying the user does not have permissions to log on and only allows
me to open default folders. I have given the user the same rights as
everyone one else on the NTserver.The previous user could log on and
retrieve his mail.
