One of my users is having a problem whereby when looking at his Sent Items in
OL2003 SP2 (in non-cached mode) some recipient names are not being shown. We
are runnin Exchange 2003.
The affected user is definitely putting the recipient address into the To
field and not the BCC field.
The user has recently received a Blackberry and reports that the problem
appears to have started since then.
Also, it appears that the problem may be linked to GAL not diplaying
correctly when the user tries to select an address from there, but is not
only addresses from the GAL that are not not being displayed.
