no send button on outlook task bar on office 2003

hello, i purchased a laptop with all programs loaded already but when I tried
to write and email and went to send it i realized that there is no send
button?? has any ever seen this before and is there a fix. please let me
know. I currently use windows 2000 professional & have office 2003.

Generally I would just recommend that you post your question in the Outlook
newsgroup instead of the PowerPoint newsgroup. However, I use Outlook, so maybe
I can help. Go to File > New > Mail Message. Then, right click on an empty
spot of the toolbar and select Standard so that the standard tools will be
displayed.
