no send button

Weirdly, the "send" button on my Outlook 2002 new message
forms is missing. Nothing is on the tool bar either. I'm
running Outlook 2002 on Windows ME and the program is
officially activated. What happened? I can't send mail. It
is saved in my Outbox.

In a newly creatd message goto View-> Toolbars-> Standard to display the
button (and several others you are probably also missing)
