Can you try doing this:
- Click on Tools -> Customize
- Make sure you're on the Commands tab
- In the Categories window, scroll down and select Tools
- Drag Send/Receive up to your toolbar
This is all assuming that your other buttons are there (reply, forward,
etc). If that is not the case, go to View -> Toolbars and make sure there's
a check next to Standard.

Hi Joe I have tried that but when I go into Tools then customise there is three tabs first Toolbar / Command / options and there is not a send/receive on any to drag. All the other things are on the toolbar like forward/ reply etc , and the standard tool bar is marked.

When you click on the Command tab, you'll have two windows. The one on the
left will say Categories.
You need to scroll down the list of Categories and click on Tools. Once you
do, Send/Receive should be the first option in the right pane.

Hi Joe tried that and still can't find a send/rec , items in my categories
are: File, Edit View, Favourits, Action, go, Help Macros, Menue Box,
Standard, Advances , Web , and new menu.
Wonder whats happened to it.
