Recently installed and reinstalled Outlook 2003 but cannot
send a message. There is no such icon for any tool bar,
drop down or customization options.

What do I do?

Joe -- I agree, that's really strange. What you might wish to try is locate
OutCmd.dat (with Outlook not in memory) and rename it to something like
OutCmd.dat.old. Then restart Outlook and it will recreate that file -- it
contains menu/toolbar/etc. customizations.

Strange but true.

Thanks for the suggestion. I renamed the file and
restarted but could see no changes. The file was not
recreated and/but I have the same cutomize menu.

My guess is I have a defective program that has to go back
to the vendor.

Let me know if you have any other ideas.

Thnaks again

I have the same issue with the send/receive options. Did you ever determine what the issue was
