No send/recieve option

Since setting up my account on Outlook 2003. I have not had a Send/Recieve
option. Settings work fine on OE. Test settings works fine. Sorry for the
repeat but have reviewed all previous suggestions. Have disabled Norton
antivirus.

Do you have an account set up in Outlook? Control panel, mail, profiles and
create a new profile.
