No sender name in email

Since installing Outlook 2003 when I receive some emails they are mumble
jumble with no name in the sender field. Has anyone experienced this or have
suggestions. Please Help

Do other clients experience the same issue?
Is your encoding set the same as the other clients?
Are you using a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook? Disable this
integration and try again.
