no server on Port 80

I have had to reinstall Win XP Pro and Frontpage 2002
after a hard drive failure and do not remember how to get
the server up and running to publish - any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thank you!

In Win XPro did you install IIS?
The download and install the FP SE?
