No sound on CD's I gave to other users to play

I burned 24 CD's of a slideshow with a sound track, (PPT 2003), and gave them
out. Two users said they couldn't get the sound, just the slides, and one
user said they could ONLY get the sound, not the slides. Two of the users
were using Mac's. Is there anything I can do to make shows for them that
will work completely?
