Hi gurus

I have an Exchange 2000 server, 10 total clients, where 6 of them are using
OL2000 and 4 OL2003, 6 clients are w2k and 4 are xp. here is my problem.

One of my xp is getting emails with no text on the body but the strange part
is, that this is not with all the clients but with only two of them, all
other email sent to this box are ok, text is included, When this particular
clients send a new or fw an email the text is gone but if you check the
exchange server the text is there.

Can anyone help.- thanks a bunch

Is the message in question formatted in plain text, html, or rich text?
Reason I ask is that if the message in formatted in HTML, check to see if
these two machines are configured to read everything in plain text. (Outlook
2003 as a user interface option under Tools > Options > Prefs. tab > Email
Options button. Outlook 2002 requires a registry edit and the option
doesn't exist in Outlook 2000.)

The message in question is formatted on HTML, the machine in question can
read from one xp machine formatted this way using OL2003 with no problem but
when sent from a w2k machine using OL2000 formatted as HTML is blank .

Thanks for the help
