No "web settings"

Phil

Hi,

Can someone tell me why my "web settings" under "tools" is
not highlighted? I want to add a variable and "help" tell
me to select tools/web settings/parameters/add...., but
when I go to "tools" my "web settings" is not selectable.
I'm using FP2000.

Thanks,
Phil

Do you actually have a web open, or just a page on your hard drive?

Thanks Tom,

I guess I don't know what I'm doing. I just want to
define an variable to place text into and then display it
elsewhere on my page. I guess I need to do more research.

Thanks,
Phil
