Non accessibility to attachments

I have a message on email "OE removed access to the
following unsafe attachments in your mail:xxxxx.efx".
I've only seen this on the eFax messages. My hard drive
was replaced and all software was reloaded recently. I've
had this problem since this occurance, but can not
determine what if anything was improperly installed.

Any suggestions to how this data can be accessed for
current items in "In Box" and future receipts? Any help
would be very much appreciated.
