NON working time reports

Jamie

I would like to generate a report that displays specific non-working time for
individual resources. Can that be done in project?

Hi Jamie,

With a custom report, sort of. Assuming you are using Project 2003 or
earlier:
Create a new Resource Report (View > Reports, Custom, New, Resource)
On the Details tab of the Resource Report dialog box, you can select
"Calendar" under the Resource section to show the calendar definition
(hours and non-working days) for each resource listed in the report.
If you need only a few resources, create a filter and apply the filter
to the report to only display the resources you are interested in.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
