Normal.dot corrupt

Hi.
I'm having a problem with the Normal.dot. Every time I open a saved document I receive an error, the standard Microsoft error:
"Microsoft Office Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. We ... for the inconvenience." After I click "Don't Send" another message appears: "Word has detected a problem with the existing Normal.dot". Would you like to create a new Normal.dot?" If I click "Yes" it opens word and I can create a document. When I try to save or close MS Office Word the first error appears again.
I've tried to delete Normal.dot to create a new one, tried to repair Office, reinstall Office, but nothing solve the problem.
Can any one help me?

Hi.
I've solved the problem! I've check the event viewer and in the error "log" here mentioned an dll (in the spooler folder!). I've renamed the dll and the problem desapear!
Hope this help someone, since I lost 2 days with this!
